Electronic Membership Meetings
As long as everyone can hear or read the proceedings, participate, and vote, and the association maintains a record of any such voting, meetings of members may be held by electronic transmission. Members or their proxyholders will be deemed present in person. The entire meeting may take place without a physical location. However, if any member does not consent, the meeting must take place at a physical location. Corp. Code §7510
