Mediation/Arbitration. $300/hour with a four-hour minimum.

Administration. $100 non-refundable administrative fee per party.

Cancellation. There is a $200 fee to be paid by the party requesting a continuance or cancellation (unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties).

Rescheduling. There is no charge for rescheduling, provided not less than 10 days written notice is given to Davis-Stirling Mediation Services.

Travel Expenses. If any travel is required, only those travel expenses which are ordinary and necessary to accomplish the mediation/arbitration will be charged to the parties.

Facilities Rental. If facilities for the mediation/arbitration are not available at the association and parties are not able to travel to our offices, the parties must arrange for facilities at their own expense.

Down Payment. A $1000 down payment is required before mediation can take place.
