     Re:  Request for Records

Dear Mr. ******    

Your written request for documents dated ******, has been received. In accordance with Section 5200 of the Civil Code; the Association will make the following records available for inspection and copying:

     Membership List. The board respectfully requests that you provide a written statement of the purpose of your request.

     Lot/Unit File. Documents, correspondence and other records contained in your lot/unit file will be made available for review.

    Meeting Minutes. Meeting minutes of the board and of annual meetings are available for review.

    Title Information on Other Units. Records in other owners' files is private and will not be provided. However, you may be able to obtain title information from the County Recorder's Office.

    Documents may be reviewed in the management office at a mutually agreed upon date and time. Copies of documents will be provided at a cost of 15 cents per page.
