The right to a membership list does not include the right to phone numbers. Members are only entitled to members' names, property addresses, and mailing addresses. Code §1365.2(a)(1)(I)(1).

Governing Document Exception. The exception is if the governing documents of the association require that phone numbers be included with the membership list. In that case, associations would be required to provide phone numbers along with members' names and addresses.
