Zoning issues are a minor part of the Davis-Stirling Act. Civil Code §1372.
In addition, various provisions of the Davis-Stirling Act do not apply to commercial or industrial condominiums. The Legislature decided that residential developments needed more protection than commercial and industrial developments.
