Association members have the right to inspect and copy committee meeting agendas and minutes. Civil Code §1365.2(a)(1)(H). This applies to committees with decision-making authority, such as architectural committees.

Minutes of committee meetings must be made available for review within 15 calendar days following approval. Civil Code §1365.2(j)(5).
