I have laughed myself silly! You cannot imagine how much truth there was to your take-off on "Twas the Night Before Christmas". It has been forwarded to numerous Board Members in the hope they too can relate some of the language. I read your letters each week and keep a file. This letter will be one for the ages. -Barbara C.

This is the funniest and most charming Christmas story I have ever read. Thank you for sending it to me. Please know how much I find your HOA articles interesting and informative. Thank you for keeping me on your list. I wish you a Merry Christmas and all good things in 2009. -Lola B.
I liked it. thank you for your spirit and enthusiasm in such an original news letter. -Sandra L.
Okay - that was probably one of the best emails that I received all year! What a fun read - and I found myself wanting to add some other fun little touches to the story (i.e. the dispute currently under Board investigation as to whether the cry of "Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night" called out in a loud voice after hours constituted a violation of the Nuisance provision within the governing documents). In all seriousness - this time of year we receive so many goodies and treats which I so enjoy, but I must say that this also ranked up there as a great little gift to receive for the holidays. Thank you! -Julie B.
Great news letter. Have a very Merry Christmas. -Adrienne C.

Cute Story! It's also nice to know that in the midst of a recession (really a depression), Santa Claus is still able to deliver presents to the little children on his own. He is also not asking anyone for a bailout and operations continue uninterrupted. Santa was wise in not expanding his toy making operations to begin with. Because of this He has not had to over encumber his factory with new loans. Santa also has the ingenuity to keep up with the requests for new toys keeping within energy efficient guidelines thereby making His toys more desirable for all the girls and boys. Santa also has not overpaid himself. He and Mrs. Claus continue to live within their means and modestly for being the largest toy manufacturer and distributor in the world. Merry Christmas, DeeDee M.
