MEDIATION BRIEF

Mediation briefs are recommended but not required. A brief is nothing more than a written synopsis of the dispute and why a party believes his position is correct. Briefs are generally submitted in advance of the mediation to give the mediator an opportunity to become familiar with the dispute.
