BALLOT REVOCATION

Once a member has cast his ballot, he cannot retrieve it to change his vote nor can he revoke his ballot.

Once a secret ballot is received by the inspector of elections, it shall be irrevocable. (Civ. Code §5120(a).)

Replacement Ballots
. If a member has not yet voted and has lost or misplaced his ballot, he can obtain a replacement ballot and cast his ballot, provided he does so prior to the cutoff date for balloting.
