Letter of Intent
Adams Stirling PLC

The purpose of a letter of intent is to set forth the general terms of employment and specific points that have been agreed to prior to the finalization of a definitive agreement. This is often done if the new-hire is unwilling to give notice to his/her existing employer until a letter of intent has been signed.
