Managers as Realtors
Adams Stirling PLC

QUESTION: Isn't it illegal for our manager to also sell real estate in our associations?

ANSWER: There is nothing "illegal" for a manager to list and sell real estate in your development. It does, however, create potential conflicts of interest whenever managers market property in the communities they manage. Boards should hire managers who focus their entire attention on managing the association.
