If someone "might" buy a unit, do they have a right to the association's books and records? Then anyone could look at our books, no?
: Potential buyers do not have a right to review and copy the association's books and records. Only members have that right. Once a buyer enters escrow with a seller, he can request documents from the seller. Sellers have a duty to disclose
relevant information to buyers and can request records
from the association as provided for by statute.
