Upon review of the association’s property insurance policy, it was determined that any damage caused by Deer or overloaded sleighs on rooftops is not specifically excluded. Therefore, it is a covered cause of loss. However, after inspection of said roof, it was also determined that any damage caused by Deer or sleigh was magically repaired by Claus upon his departure, leaving no trace of the unauthorized landing of the vehicle and animals. Therefore, the claim was respectfully withdrawn, and all remain on the “nice” list. –Terri Guest
