Melina Drazich, Chief Operating Officer. Melina is responsible for directing and leading all operations for the Firm, including accounting and human resources. In this role, she works closely with the Firm’s Partners to ensure continued growth and lasting success for Adams Stirling PLC.
After garnering extensive experience in business leadership, finance, operations, and communications, Melina utilizes that expertise when developing or implementing Firm initiatives. With a focus on efficiency and standardization, she embraces change and approaches each obstacle with positivity, keeping innovation and team adoption in mind. Her keen interpersonal skills guarantee the Firm's employees receive comprehensive guidance and support.By maintaining professional affiliations with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA®) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI®), Melina remains committed to educational opportunities that enhance business administration and client satisfaction.

Candace Schwartz, Client Relations Director, Southern California. Before joining Adams Stirling, Candace earned her degree in design from UCLA. She was a commercial interior designer for 15 years in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Candace has been in sales, marketing, and customer service for over 30 years, which includes 18 years in management and client education.
Candace continues her participation on the CAI-San Diego Education Committee and served as a co-chair for 2 years. She is involved in CAI and CACM industry events in Southern California, including the desert.

Matthew McCarthy, Client Relations Director, Northern California. With over a decade of experience in business development and client advocacy, Matthew has built a reputation for fostering long-term partnerships and driving regional growth.
A graduate of Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, Matthew combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of the Northern California market.
When he’s not in the office, Matthew stays active in the local community through recreational sports, ranging from softball to pickleball. An avid reader and home cook, he spends his most energetic hours keeping up with his young daughter.

Tammi Saucer, Billing Manager. Tammi provides exceptional administrative support to the Firm and its clients. Her duties include overseeing billing for the Firm, assisting with human resources and benefits, insurance, and coordinating Firm events.
Tammi, with an incredible 35 years of experience in medical administrative support, joined our team in November 2016.

Xochitl Vazquez, Accounting Clerk/Executive Assistant. Xochitl (pronounced "So-chee") comes to us as a graduate of Mount Saint Mary University, where she earned her BA in Sociology.
Xochitl continues to pursue her education and is currently studying financial accounting.

Mathew Medina, IT Manager, A+ Certified® Technician. He earned his B.A. at Cal State Northridge, where he pursued a degree in Criminology, honing his analytical and problem-solving skills. With a penchant for technology, he has become a versatile 'jack of all trades' in the I.T. world, enabling the firm to adapt and thrive in the digital age.
Beyond the office, he channels his creativity into the kitchen, enjoying the art of cooking, and he is a devoted Star Wars enthusiast, exploring galaxies far, far away in his free time. |
Quynh Mai Pham, Paralegal. Quynh (pronounced "Quinn") is based in our San Jose office, where she assists with general corporate matters and provides administrative support. She received her paralegal certificate from Evergreen Valley College, where she pursued her Associate's degree, and has previously worked in family and immigration law. Quynh works with clients alongside our attorneys to ensure all matters are handled efficiently and with attention to detail. Although Quynh provides support in various areas, she particularly enjoys document research and retrieval, and updating legal descriptions for our restatement clients. Quynh is always willing to provide support wherever needed and goes the extra mile in everything she does. In her free time, Quynh enjoys cooking for her family, traveling, and playing with her two dogs.

Carolyn Houtz, Lead Legal Assistant. Carolyn is based in our Los Angeles office. She works with our attorneys, handling legal filings, discovery, and general litigation matters, and interacts with clients.
Carolyn is outstanding when working with clients. They love working with her and aren't shy about saying so. Carolyn is not only passionate about her job but also about her two children and sports. She gives the guys a run for their money when it comes to baseball and football.

Alejandra Alvarez, Legal Assistant. Alejandra Alvarez has been a valued member of the firm for over ten years, providing administrative and legal support to our attorneys and handling transactional and litigation matters. With a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset, Alejandra takes pride in supporting both her colleagues and attorneys, always ready to assist where needed to help the team succeed.
Alejandra is a certified Legal Secretary, having received her certification from UCLA's Legal Secretary Program.

Sonia Anavisca, Legal Assistant. Sonia works with the Firm’s litigation team. She handles legal filings and drafting discovery and Judicial Council forms for review by the attorneys with whom she works. Sonia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Law from the University of California, San Diego. |
Miranda Ward, Executive/Legal Assistant.Miranda Ward is a seasoned Real Estate and Community Management professional with a diverse and well-rounded background. She brings nine years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry, along with six years as a Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both transactional processes and community operations. For the past eight years, Miranda has served as a Client Relations Director with the firm, where she built a reputation for exceptional service, strong client partnerships, and strategic problem-solving. Her ability to navigate complex situations and foster meaningful relationships has made her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.Now stepping into a new role as Executive/Legal Assistant, Miranda will provide support to the firm’s attorneys and executives across California. In this expanded capacity, she leverages her industry expertise, attention to detail, and organizational strengths to support executive leadership and contribute to the firm’s legal and operational excellence. |
Imogene "Imy" Martinez, Executive/Legal Assistant. Imy provides administrative support to the Firm's attorneys and executives. She also provides support to the accounting and human resources teams. She previously worked as a Program Director providing services for at-risk dependent and non-minor dependent youth for 13 years. Working closely with counties throughout California, Community Care Licensing, and managing front-line staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. With an emphasis on teamwork, she also brings a strong work ethic and demonstrated dependability to the Firm. |
Amanda de Boer, Administrative Assistant. Amanda provides administrative assistance to the Firm's attorneys and legal staff. Additionally, she works closely with the operations team and provides excellent customer service support. Before coming to Adams Stirling, she worked as a bank manager and relationship banker, helping clients achieve their financial goals. She is a collaborative, hard-working, and dependable individual |
Luna Vazquez, Director of Security. When Luna joined our team, she took charge of security for the Firm. She greets people at the door and, if they pass muster, she waives them in with a wag of her tail. In addition to security, Luna has demonstrated a talent for comforting board members who have been traumatized by their service on the board. Luna is a keen observer of nature and, in her free time, takes long walks in the park. She takes a special interest in squirrels.
