NICHOLAS "NICK" MEERSON, ESQ.
Litigation. Before joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Nick practiced at boutique and mid-sized law firms, successfully representing a diverse array of clients in commercial finance, business, professional liability, and real estate litigation matters.
Nick has managed all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit demand letters, law and motion, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. At ADAMS | STIRLING, Nick handles common interest development litigation for residential and commercial associations pertaining to a variety of issues, including enforcement of governing documents.
EDUCATION
Juris Doctor. University of Illinois College of Law. Law Review and a member of the Real Estate Law Society and the Government Interest Law Association.
Bachelor of Arts, Macalester College. Double major in Political Science & International Studies. played Varsity Baseball and was named team MVP.
Studied abroad at King’s College London, School of Social Science and Public Policy (War Studies) before interning with the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, Washington, D.C.
