SHEBA S. YAQOOT, ESQ.
General Counsel. Sheba is an experienced community association attorney and works with boards of directors on transactional and litigation matters. This includes corporate compliance, contract matters, amending and restating governing documents, rule enforcement, assessment collection, and all aspects of litigation.
Collections. Before joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Sheba gained significant experience in collecting delinquent assessments. She handled numerous collection matters through completion, using various techniques, all while maintaining compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
EDUCATION
Juris Doctor. Chapman University School of Law, served as Notes Editor for the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice and President of the Public Interest Law Foundation; Interned at the nation's largest pro bono law firm, and a large entertainment company.
Bachelor of Arts in Economics, University of California, San Diego.
