Davis-Stirling.com. Seeing the need to educate board members and homeowners, Adrian created a free research website, Davis-Stirling.com, which quickly became the number one resource for information on the laws affecting residential and mixed-use common interest developments in California. He designed the website, programmed it, wrote articles, and set up internal linking to make it easy for users to navigate the site. Adrian also publishes the ADAMS|STIRLING Newsletter, which has become the largest-circulating newsletter of its kind in the state.
Expert Witness. Adrian also serves as an expert witness on standards-of-care issues involving association boards and managers, and has testified extensively on maintenance, mold, rule enforcement, budgets, reserves, governing documents, management, and operations.
