ALISON M. GREINER, ESQ
Community Associations. Alison works with boards of directors on all transactional and litigation matters related to commercial and residential common interest developments. This includes drafting and amending documents, contract disputes, employment law issues, FEHA and ADA obligations, rules enforcement, collection of assessments, and litigation arising out of association disputes.
Legal Experience. Before joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Alison worked in various areas of the law. This wide variety of legal experience provides her clients with significant benefits. She has represented clients in areas such as family law, corporate formation, corporate maintenance, real property issues, real estate transactions, personal injury, contract formation and negotiation, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, estate planning, and estate administration. Alison has also handled human resources issues, workers’ compensation, and other employment-related matters.
