JASON A. SAVLOV, ESQ.
Jason, who has more than 24 years of litigation experience, is a Partner in charge of our Litigation Department and is an accomplished AV-Rated attorney with a comprehensive background in real estate and business.
Litigation. Before joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Jason served as a senior litigation attorney, handling federal and state court cases through mediation, arbitration, jury trials, and appeals. At ADAMS | STIRLING, Jason exclusively handles common interest development litigation for residential and commercial associations, including: enforcement of governing documents; litigation defense; property damage; embezzlement; bankruptcy issues; evictions; collections; easement issues; and restraining orders.
Corporate Counsel. Since joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Jason has specialized in community association law and provides counsel to residential and commercial associations regarding compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act, enforcement of governing documents, court petitions to lower voting percentage for CC&Rs and Bylaws, and legal opinions.
Industry Activities. Jason is active in the Community Association Institute’s Coachella Valley chapter and serves on the HOA Living Magazine Committee. Jason was nominated in 2023 for the HOA Living Magazine author of the year award for the article entitled “What Associations Should Know Before Filing a Lawsuit.”
