JOHN F. CARR, ESQ.

Prior Experience. John’s focus on common interest development law began right after law school, when he clerked for a law firm in Orange County that provided general counsel to homeowner associations. His responsibilities included document review, legal research, and interpretation of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs).

John also managed the collection process for delinquent assessments, overseeing non-judicial lien foreclosures. That experience provided him with a solid foundation in community association governance and legal compliance.

Now at Adams | Stirling, John continues to sharpen his skills in various HOA matters, including transactional and litigation services. John’s strategic approach and applied understanding of the Davis-Stirling Act enable him to provide communities with proactive legal counsel.
