TONYA L. TODD, ESQ.
General Counsel. Tonya serves as corporate and litigation counsel to boards of directors of common interest developments throughout California. She counsels boards on managing conflict, director duties and responsibilities, meetings, elections, and corporate governance, as well as compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act, document interpretation, and enforcement.
Former JAG Officer. As a Captain in the Army and JAG Officer, Tonya became a broadly skilled advocate. She served several years as a criminal defense attorney and then as a prosecutor, where she successfully led the prosecution or defense of felony level cases. Later, Tonya was appointed as a Magistrate Judge and presided over preliminary hearings, pretrial confinement hearings, traffic court, and ruled on law enforcement applications for search and arrest warrants.
